What is the difference between the Normalized and Quadratic equalization of example 38?

I replace -N with -Q the second time and I obtained the attache file. Is that correct?

Yes, there is an error (not yours) but no, not in -Q. The issue is that apparently this example has an error since the beginning. To plot with -Q one has to compute another cpt and not use the one built for -N. That is why you see all that white area.
