grdcontour version 4 vs 5 : diffirent outcom

Dear developers, please explain my results.
I'm using the latest GMT versions and I've got this pictures ( Windows 7 ). The input NetCDF file is defined on a grid of .5x.5 dg.

pscoast -JS55/90/74.1c -R10/11.35/159.5/27.9r -Di -A2000 -S200/200/200 -B20g20 -X0 -Y0 -K>V4.ps

grdcontour "PT18021512.nc?b06" -JS55/90/74.1c -R10/11.35/159.5/27.9r -Gd15c -S6 -T+d1/.15+lLH -Q200 -Wathick,,Black -A5+a0+f26,,Black -Z.1 -X0 -Y0>v5.ps
1. both innermost contours have the wrong directions
2. there is no coordinated parts of contours in other hemisphere. Version 4 founds this parts here.

1. innermost contours with contrast directions
2. Version 5 founds contour here.
