13.3 48.2
13.4 48.3
... ....

i use the command :

Okay, i find something

In my data , after a ">" i put Gp300/7:B255/0/255:F.

I want to plot a pink/fushia dashed line trasnparent, because i have other symbol under the dash.
Can you correct me please ?

Thanks, Thomas

Looks like you are running a pretty old version of GMT, maybe 4, based on your syntax. Putting a -G statement in the segment header will paint polygons but you man also need to give it -Gsomecolor on the command line; this will then be replaced by what is in the file. You would only do it that way if you have many segment and they should have different colors. Alternatively, you can add -Z<val> entries in the file and use -C<cpt> to assign colors based on the z values. You also talk about line style and color but -G sets fill, not color. If you want a special pen then you need to work with -W.
