Global Stereographic map from RGB grids (grdimage)

Added by Federico 7 months ago

I want to make a stereographic map from RGB grids for the whole earth (not center in the equator). I obtained the lower border cut. When I make a Mollweide map this doesn't happen.

I am using GMT 5.4.4 on Win-64.

These are my commands
gmt grdimage -Rd -JW15c "Mundo_r.grd" "Mundo_g.grd" "Mundo_b.grd" -B0 > Globe_W.ps
gmt grdimage -Rd -JS-65/-30/90/15c "Mundo_r.grd" "Mundo_g.grd" "Mundo_b.grd" -B0 > Globe_S.ps

Bug_Globe.bat (240 Bytes)

Globe_S.ps (6.08 MB)

Globe_W.ps (10.3 MB)

Mundo_b.grd (3.61 MB)

Mundo_g.grd (3.56 MB)

Mundo_r.grd (3.43 MB)

Should I open an issue to fix this bug? Or it is not necessary?

Didn't revisit this issue now but trusting my previous judgment. Yes, please open a bug report, but in Github not here.
