Hi All,

When running mbswath I get this message:

in gmt.conf I have this line:
GMT_CUSTOM_LIBS = /usr/local/Cellar/mbsystem/5.7.5/lib/mbsystem.so

mbsystem.so was recently placed as part of the installation of mbsystem 5.7.5

Any of the GMT versions (6.0.0rc3, 5.4.5, 5.4.4 or 5.4.3) give the same sort of error message.

Any idea?

Thanks, Roi

Hi,
Although the error message comes from GMT you should be better off asking this question in MB-System mailing list, or post an issues in its github page. That said, I tried a quick mbswath command with my windows build (GMT dev and a recent MB from source) and it worked well.
