Description

The segment headers are not properly parsed so the OGR structure has NULL strings and this command crashes with SEGV:

gmt convert example.txt -fg -aI=ID:string,L=Name:string,T=Author:string+GLINE

cat example.txt

# Some header
> -IFZ_KM_0001-0000 -L"My Fracture Zone" -T"KM, USYD"

Fixed in r17338. Problem was that even though this case was creating an OGR output record the machinery also tried to read OGR data from the input record.
