Description

If a comment within the configuration file contains a keyword (here "region_cut") the script intf_tops.csh will fail.

Example for batch_tops.config that will fail:

..
# region to unwrap in radar coordinates (leave it blank if unwrap the whole region)
# example format 500/10800/500/27200  - OPTIONAL
#region_cut = 2000/4500/9000/10000
region_cut = 1100/3000/8600/9500
..

A solution would be to use:

set region_cut = `awk '/^region_cut/{print $3}' $2`

instead of

set region_cut = `grep region_cut $2 | awk '{print $3}'`

in intf_tops.csh.
The same applies to other keywords that are used in the configuration file (and possibly also to other scripts).
