Description

Oblique Mercator projection fails when used with -Jz|Z.

What happens?
Everything is placed at the baseline (same Y level).

Which versions?
Working with GMT 5.1.2, fails with 5.3.2, 5.4.1 and 5.4.2. Others not tested.

Sample code (working):
gmt pscoast -JOc280/25.5/22/69/30 -R270/20/305/25r -Gdarkgreen -Tf301.5/23/4i/2 > GMT_obl_merc.ps && psconvert GMT_obl_merc.ps

Sample code (not working, addition of -Jz1, 4 or 6 component region makes no difference):
gmt pscoast -JOc280/25.5/22/69/30 -R270/20/305/25r -Gdarkgreen -Tf301.5/23/4i/2 -Jz1 > GMT_obl_merc.ps && psconvert GMT_obl_merc.ps

The only thing visible in the second example is the map rose.

Expected result:
Second example produces same result as first.
