Issues with grdcontour -W[type]pen[+c[l|f]]
|Target version:||Candidate for next bugfix release|
Also described in http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu/boards/1/topics/6376.
grdcontour has some problems with the -W[type]pen[+c[l|f]] option. See script and partly messed up figure.
-W+c → does not color annotations
-W+cl → "grdcontour [ERROR]: Pen name l not recognized!"
-W+cf → grdcontour [ERROR]: Pen name f not recognized!
-Wc+cf and -Wa+cf → annotations do not get color according to CPT file.
Also, the type specified does not appear to be respected. -Wa and -Wc give same result, regardless of the contour line being annotated or not.

Thanks for this, turned into a new GMT test. I fixed a few issues in the -W parsing as well as in the font color assignment and now all the cases work for me; see attached PDF. Note that the coloring effects are not split between annotated and regular contours - your choice affects both hence all the rows in the plot are the same. In r19624.
