I hangs earlier on Windows. Apparently doesn't know about inline

c:\progs_cygw\gmtdev\gmt5\trunk\src\gmt_error.h(60) : error C2054: expected '(' to follow 'inline'

I have rolled things back to r12662 and started a new branch newinc for further work on this. Please svn up in trunk and we are back to where we were. I will apply some of the patches since them.
