Description
When using mapproject to change the datum of lat/lon (i.e. no -I), the --FORMAT_GEO_OUT appears to be ignored. E.g.
echo 2:59.9416 64:46.5701 | mapproject -TInternational-1924:-90.365,-101.13,-123.384/219 --FORMAT_GEO_OUT=ddd:mm:ss.xxx
