Layer transparency "-t" for psmeca suite

It would be great if one could use the layer transparency setting "-t" in psmeca, pscoupe... in the same way as is used in the rest of GMT programs. Now I am using a trick to obtain the same using the "@" option for all the color definitions in -G -E -T and -W but it is not very elegant and sometimes the results are not the expected.

I hope it can be done!

Using 5.2.1(r15220) 64 bits version on Linux.
