Description

For instance, commands like this

gmt grd2cpt -Cblue,red t.nc

gives junk since there is a conflict internally between the expected linear stretching of the two-color red/blue cpt and grd2cpt's purpose to resample it at 11 points (Default -S setting). Solution is to undo the flag that expects a linear resampling.

Fixed in r17246 by removing the GMT_CPT_TEMPORARY flag when resampling in grd2cpt is required.
